They gave us a compact and incredibly comfortable room with a private safe, climate control, and an electronic key card. Thoroughly enjoyed the generous and sensational breakfast. It had central location close to Nomura Family Samurai House.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit due to its convenient location and comfortable rooms. The beds were really cozy, perfect for a short stay, and I appreciated the Japanese/Western style. The robotic dinosaurs at check-in added a fun touch to the experience.
The one service I missed for my work was more human back-up at the reception. Although the check-in process was unique and interesting, it took a bit longer without staff on hand.

Had very very good 1 night here. Magnificent and convenient location close to good restaurants, met expectation. Plus, it was close to main attractionsites-the samurai village, all the tourist spots, and the train station😃

really nice stay, we were there for 3 days. excellent staff and favourable location next to the river, everything was good. location: the hotel was just off the downtown area, and the oyama shrine. we found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like yoshokuya ryo that is only 10 minutes' walk away. the breakfast was generous and excellent, the check in was simple.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with beautiful Japanese elements that made me feel immersed in the culture. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even for someone like me with limited mobility. It was a pleasure to explore the hotel and admire the traditional touches. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for senior people like me to access nearby attractions and amenities.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there. As a senior guest, it would have been helpful to have someone readily available to offer assistance or answer any questions I had.

I enjoyed exploring the beautiful Kenrokuen Garden and experiencing the geisha performance in the chaya districts. The museum had interesting interactive exhibits that allowed me to touch and sit on contemporary art pieces. Exciting!

Being right in the center of the city made it so convenient to explore the area. , the staff was friendly and accommodating.
